"Not having gone through this process before I was reluctant to work with an interior designer, but my wife was very keen to bring an interior designer on board. I couldn't have been more wrong. Our taste and style is not traditional. I run a music venue and a tattoo studio, so our style is off the hook. Once Casey & Fox had met us at the house and looked at our furniture, our art work and at the pages from magazines we had torn out over the past 3 months they came back to us with concepts which proved that they totally understood our style. Once the project started, communication was excellent, deadlines were met and budgets adhered to. When issues with suppliers came about they were navigated, compromises were found and options given. The process was made easy for us. The main thing (we run 2 different businesses) was that we didn't have the time or the headspace to research umpteen different kinds of flooring or companies looking to supply them. Going through Casey & Fox, they took our concepts and examples of what we wanted and came back and narrowed the field in terms of products but also in terms of suppliers - recommending ones with whom they had a good relationship. To us, it was a predominantly stress-free build. It may not have been to them! They shielded us from unnecessary drama and brought crucial issues to us only after they had been digested and resolutions and options found. We had some issues with a joiner who became very difficult to deal with and they steamed through it like absolute troopers! Their level of paperwork and detail was also very, very good. We hope to work with them again.."

Siobhan contacted me before our meeting to find out about the rooms for consideration and what ideas I had already – we exchanged quite a bit of useful information by phone and email so, on consultation day when Siobhan came to my home, she was armed with good suggestions and samples. She was friendly, relaxed, full of enthusiasm and very knowledgeable – about style, fashion, fabrics and suppliers as well as the practicalities of the project. "I had a Design Hotline session with Siobhan last week over Zoom. We had recently moved home and our bedroom is spacious, but lacks storage and a cohesive look that would make it the truly restful space we would like it to be. Siobhan had some wonderful ideas about colours and furniture that would combine my need for colour, personality and pretty things with my husband's need for plain and simple, and incorporate our combined need for plenty of storage. Siobhan showed me websites to explore with attractive, compatible (but not cookie-cutter) pieces that would lift the character of the room and work within my budget. Very importantly, she was sensitive to the character and period of the house in her design choices. It is really quite remarkable what Siobhan managed to achieve in a remote session without ever having set foot in the house. Afterwards she sent me very comprehensive notes so I could access the resources we had discussed with ease. I shall look forward to implementing Siobhan's suggestions and creating a tranquil space for us to rest in. "
