Working with you

Find out more about the process of working with Casey & Fox

1. Getting to know us

It is as important for us as it might be for you, that a solid healthy relationship is born right at the start. From our experience, taking this time at the early stage of a project ensures we understand your needs right from the start and we are on the path to be able to deliver exactly what you want. We will be working closely with you throughout the project, therefore, we like to make sure that from the start we have a great rapport. So, to start the process:

– we like to hold an introductory friendly and informal chat over the phone or by video-conference so that you are clear about how we work and what we can do for you, followed by…

– the first visit to your property for a ‘chemistry’ meeting, which enables us to find out more about you and your home as well as get a sense of the space and what you are hoping to achieve from the design process.

2. Concept Phase

After you have decided that Casey & Fox are the right interior designer for you, we can then start to take the brief more fully. How do we do that?

– It’s simply a face-to-face conversation where we will talk with you in depth about how you and your family live; your likes and dislikes; do you have pets? Who does the cooking etc? ….and a tailored set of other questions so that we can be sure that we understand what your home needs to be, to make living there effortless.

– Drawing on your responses, we will then go away and develop a series of Concept Designs. When presented, this will enable you to visualise the design direction we are suggesting. Following your feedback from this Concept Presentation, we will discuss your design path in more depth and tweak where necessary.

– suggesting and purchasing of any art
– sourcing and supplying tableware, bedlinen and other items to make your home move-in liveable
