2. Scope of Service

• Advice is based on the information, images, and measurements provided by you at the time of the consultation
• No technical drawings, construction drawings, or detailed specifications are included unless explicitly stated
• Any follow-up documents (where applicable) are indicative guidance only and do not constitute full design packs or construction-ready information

3. Fees & Payment

• All consultations must be paid in full at the time of booking
• Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received
• Prices are listed in GBP and may be subject to VAT where applicable

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• You may cancel or reschedule your consultation with at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund or to transfer your booking
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Failure to attend a scheduled consultation will be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information in advance of the session
• Submit any requested questionnaires, images, plans, or measurements prior to the consultation
• Attend the session on time

6. Technical Requirements

• A stable internet connection
• Access to Zoom (or agreed platform)
• A suitable environment for the consultation

7. Design Advice & Implementation

• No guarantees are made regarding outcomes, performance, or suitability once advice is implemented
• You are responsible for verifying all measurements, specifications, and site conditions
• You are responsible for appointing and managing any contractors or suppliers
